Roger Marion Logan, 65, of Houston, Texas, entered into rest on April 3, 2022. He was born in Houston, Texas on January 9, 1957 to parents Hazel Eddins Spence and Robert Lill Logan, and is survived by his daughter Melissa Logan. He was an avid engineer, physicist, mathematician, hunter, and musician, and he was deeply passionate about promoting STEM education in children and young adults. Roger was also a beloved member of the steampunk community, where he was known as Adam Douglass Cruize, or A.D. Cruize. He loved meeting new people, crafting new parts to his outfits, and sharing his knowledge of science and sci-fi and ballroom dance to anyone who wanted to learn. He will be missed. A memorial service will be held in Roger's honor on Saturday, April 16, 2022 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Dettling Funeral Home, 14094 Memorial Drive, Houston, Texas 77079. Face masks are required to attend the service.
